Get one credible enterprise design partner to run a paid Agent Assurance audit against one real agent workflow.
Week 1
- Keep this repo as the private commercial control plane.
- Land artifact contracts and the SaaS BI/support-agent demo.
- Create a one-page buyer narrative around release gates, not governance theater.
- Define what leaves the customer environment and what stays local.
Week 2
- Build a runner path that can execute DocPull and PolicyStrata locally.
- Generate an evidence pack from a fixture project.
- Add CI-friendly output and exit codes.
- Update dashboard mock around runs, findings, release decisions, and evidence.
Week 3
- Create two repeatable demos:
- B2B SaaS BI copilot with tenant/PII/RLS risk.
- Support/docs agent with stale-source and citation risk.
- Package the paid audit offer.
- Draft outbound for AI platform, security, and data leaders.
Week 4
- Contact 20 qualified design-partner targets.
- Run at least three discovery calls.
- Convert one into a paid audit or narrowly scoped implementation pilot.
- Capture objections and update the docs, dashboard, and artifact contract around real buying concerns.
